Rupture to Renewal:
An Art-Based Healing Experience Inspired by Kintsugi

A sacred space to honor the cracks, the pain, and the beauty that can emerge.

REOPENING
SOON!

Slow down. Breathe deep. Begin again.

This soul-nourishing space offers a space to slow down, reflect,
and reconnect with your inner world.

Rupture to Renewal is a creative, hands-on experience designed to help when you are navigating grief, burnout, or life transitions and transform emotional pain into
meaningful expression.

Through the powerful, hands-on practice of Kintsugi
the Japanese art of mending broken pottery with gold,
symbolizing the value of scars and imperfections —
you’ll explore how your deepest cracks can become sites of strength, beauty, and transformation.

Rooted in ritual, self-compassion, and the belief that our cracks are worth honoring, this experience invites you to reclaim your strength and create beauty
from within the broken places
.

It’s not the breaking—it’s what you do with the pieces.
Let’s create it together.

Spots are limited. Click below to speak with our office’s Practice Administrator.
You’ll join the waitlist and be the first to know
when registration opens.

You don’t need to book a retreat or take a week off.
In just two hours, you’ll make space for what’s been unspoken, stuck, or too heavy.
You’ll leave with a piece you made—and a part of yourself you renewed.

🌱 “Everyone has broken places...”

“…and sometimes those broken places can become the source of blossoming because it’s like a seed — a seed has to grow in darkness and the shell has to disintegrate before there’s growth.”
— Sherri Mandell

Kintsugi

From Rupture to Renewal

Discover a hands-on, heart-forward healing art experience that celebrates imperfection, resilience, and emotional renewal through the Japanese philosophy of Kintsugi.

In this reflective art experience, you’ll create, deconstruct, and reimagine — using visual expression as a way to explore what’s been overlooked, untended, or quietly calling for your attention. Through this process, we
honor the beauty in what’s been reshaped.

Ritual, Reflection & Reclamation

We begin with a quiet settling.
Then, hands meet color and texture —
and story takes shape.
We gather — not to fix,
but to reflect and reimagine.

“It is our imperfections that connect us in shared humanity.” — Dr. Kristin Neff

This workshop is more than art — it’s a space for grace, growth, and emotional truth-telling.
