Kelly N. Moore, PsyD
Dr. Moore is a licensed clinical psychologist who has received extensive clinical training and supervision working with adults, children, and families. Dr. Moore specializes in Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) for PTSD, Exposure and Response Prevention (EX/RP) for OCD, and Trauma-Focused CBT for children with a sexual abuse history. Dr. Moore also has expertise in cognitive-behavioral treatment for social anxiety, panic disorder, specific phobias, generalized anxiety, and postpartum onset disorders.
Dr. Moore has served as a study therapist on a National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH)-funded study on treatment of OCD for individuals using medication, and a National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA)-funded study on treatment of PTSD and smoking cessation. She has also served as a project coordinator for the dissemination of evidence-based assessment and treatment of trauma in a City of Philadelphia initiative, and helped to evaluate and develop an Adult Trauma Program at one of Philadelphia’s community mental health centers. Dr. Moore serves as a Program Manager for Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care on a Trauma Assessment Project with New Jersey’s Department of Children and Families. She has also taught courses in Psychology at Camden County College, given numerous workshops and trainings on issues related to trauma and evidence based treatments for anxiety disorders in children and adults. Dr. Moore is also a contributing writer for South Jersey MOM Magazine.
